By accessing or using Enrich ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Enrich allows you to scan and store business cards, record and transcribe meetings, receive AI-powered insights, share your digital business card, and enrich contact information.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Record conversations without consent where required by law
• Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the service
• Impersonate others or create false business cards

5. Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent before recording any conversation. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Enrich. Your content (business cards, recordings, contacts) remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights, transcriptions, or contact enrichment data.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
